Location partners

Add a revenue stream to your store without spending a dollar.

Black Horn Gaming places, installs, services and collects coin-operated amusement machines in host retail locations. You provide the floor space and the power. We provide the equipment, the technicians and the paperwork.

The offer

What a host location gets.

No capital outlay

We own the machines. No purchase, no lease obligation on your side, no equipment financing.

Install, service and collections handled

Delivery, setup, cleaning, repairs and scheduled collection runs are ours. You keep running your store.

Compliance paperwork handled

Licensing, permits, machine stickers and the reporting required of the operator are our responsibility. [STATE-SPECIFIC LOCATION DUTIES — confirm per state]

Transparent revenue share

A written agreement with a plain-English split, set per state because the rules are set per state. [REVENUE SHARE — confirm per state]

Fast response

One support number for every location. Report an issue and it goes straight into the route queue. [RESPONSE TIME — confirm]

Right mix for your room

We match cabinet count and game mix to your floor and your traffic instead of dropping in whatever's on the truck.

Non-cash rewards only. Coin-operated amusement machine rewards are non-cash and limited by the statutes of each state. In Georgia, Class B machine rewards are restricted by statute to non-cash items such as merchandise, store credit, fuel or lottery tickets. We will not install or operate equipment in a way that conflicts with your state's amusement-machine rules.

How it works

Four steps from call to cash flow.

  1. Site review

We talk through your location type, floor space, hours and traffic, then confirm what's permitted in your state.

  2. Agreement

You get a written host-location agreement covering the machine count, the revenue share and each side's responsibilities.

  3. Install

We deliver, place, power up, test and register the equipment, and post the required signage and licensing materials.

  4. Service & collections

Scheduled route visits, on-call repairs, and documented collections with your share reported every cycle.

What we need from you

Short list. Nothing exotic.

  • Floor space for the agreed number of cabinets, with clear customer access.
  • Standard grounded power at the wall.
  • A business that legally may host amusement machines in your state, and a willingness to complete any location-side registration your state requires. [LOCATION LICENSING — confirm per state]
  • Someone on site who can call our support line when something isn't right.
  • Agreement to post required signage and to keep age rules enforced. [AGE POLICY — confirm per state]

FAQ

Questions store owners ask first.

What does it cost me?

Nothing up front. We own and maintain the equipment; you provide space and power. Your compensation is the revenue share in your agreement. [REVENUE SHARE — confirm per state]

How much revenue can I expect?

It depends on location type, traffic, hours and the state you're in, and we won't publish a number we can't stand behind. We'll walk through realistic expectations for your specific site. [EARNINGS EXPECTATIONS — do not publish figures without legal review]

Are these gambling machines?

No. These are coin-operated amusement machines. Rewards are non-cash and limited by the statutes of the state where the machine is located.

Who handles licensing?

Operator-side licensing, permits and machine registration are ours. Some states also require the location to register or hold a location-side license — we tell you exactly what applies and help you complete it. [LOCATION LICENSING — confirm per state]

How fast is service?

Report an issue through our service line or the online service request form and it enters the route queue immediately. [RESPONSE TIME — confirm]

Can I end the agreement?

Yes — term and termination are spelled out in writing before anything is installed. [TERM & TERMINATION — confirm]
