Black Horn Gaming · International division

Online gaming products, distributed to licensed operators outside the United States.

A separate international division of Black Horn Gaming, and a distributor rather than an operator. We supply licensed operators; they run the gaming and answer for local regulation. No player accounts, no registration and no play — here or anywhere else.

Read this first

This division is legally and operationally distinct from Black Horn Gaming's United States amusement-machine business. Nothing on this page describes, relates to, or is offered through the company's US coin-operated amusement machine route or equipment operations. This division is a distributor: it supplies licensed operators outside the United States. It does not operate gaming, hold player accounts or funds, or offer play to anyone.

What the division does

Division scope

We are a distributor. This division supplies online gaming products and the technical means to run them to licensed operators outside the United States. The operator runs the gaming, holds the license for it, and is responsible for compliance with the law of every market it serves. We are not the operator of record in any market and we do not hold ourselves out as one.

Because the operator is the licensee, the operator carries the player-facing obligations: licensing, market eligibility, anti-money-laundering and identity checks, age assurance, responsible-gaming controls and player support. We supply to businesses that already carry them.

  • Distribution to licensed operators only — commercial counterparties, never consumers.
  • No player accounts, registration, deposits, wagering or play, here or anywhere else.
  • Nothing supplied for the United States market.
  • The operator is responsible for local regulation in each market it serves.

Capabilities

Platform & technology.

What a distributor supplies, and where our responsibility ends. Specific product and supplier names are shared under a signed agreement, not published.

01

Product supply

Online gaming products supplied to the operator for use in its own licensed environment, under a written distribution agreement.

02

Technical delivery

Integration into the operator's platform, delivery of builds and updates, and the technical documentation its team needs to run what we supply.

03

Commercial reporting

Reporting on what we distribute, for settlement between us and the operator. Player-level data stays with the operator; we neither need it nor ask for it.

04

Product integrity

We answer for what we distribute — that builds are the ones the operator contracted for and have not been tampered with in transit.

05

Configuration to the operator's rules

Where a product supports market controls, we configure it to the operator's written instructions. The operator decides what its license requires; we do not advise on that.

06

Support to the operator

Commercial and technical support to the operator's team on what we supply. We do not provide player support, and we are not a route for players to contact anyone.

Markets

Where the division supplies.

We supply operators, not markets. Which markets an operator serves, and whether it is licensed to serve them, is the operator's decision and the operator's responsibility. We ask to see the license it intends to rely on before we supply anything, and we supply nothing for the United States.

We do not publish a market list, because ours would be a list of other companies' licenses.

Nothing on this page is a representation that Black Horn Gaming holds a gaming license in any jurisdiction. As a distributor to licensed operators, it does not hold one.

Who we will not supply

We supply nothing for the United States market, and nothing to a counterparty that cannot evidence the license it intends to rely on. We do not supply consumers in any market, under any circumstances.

Beyond that, the operator warrants in writing which markets it is licensed for and undertakes not to use what we supply outside them. Supply stops if that warranty fails.

Eligibility is assessed per engagement. Submitting an inquiry does not create any commercial relationship, offer, or entitlement to supply.

Compliance & responsible gaming

The non-negotiables.

Where responsibility sits

  • The operator is the licensee. It confirms the licensing framework for each market it serves, and it answers to its regulator for that.
  • We see the operator's license before we supply, and we keep a record of what we supplied and when.
  • Anti-money-laundering, identity verification and player record-keeping are the operator's programme under its own license. We hold no player accounts and handle no player funds, so those obligations do not run through us.
  • Our own diligence is on the counterparty: who owns it, where it is licensed, and whether it is a business we can lawfully supply.
  • Strict separation from the company's US amusement-machine operations.

Responsible gaming

We have no players, so we cannot run player protection — the operator does, under its license. What we can do is refuse to supply an operator that will not commit to it, and that is what our agreements say.

  • The operator must run self-exclusion and cooling-off, and publish its own routes to them for the markets it serves.
  • The operator must provide player support and the helpline resources its regulator requires.
  • Where a product we supply carries deposit, session or activity limit controls, we configure them to the operator's written instructions.
  • Age assurance is the operator's, at registration and at play. The minimum age is whatever the operator's license and local law set, and we do not supply anyone who treats it as optional.

This page is informational and B2B. There is no registration, no account and no play available here, and there is no player-facing service behind it.

Our international division will review and respond within one business day. Eligibility is assessed per engagement; a response is not an offer of service.

Black Horn Gaming's United States business is the operation and servicing of coin-operated amusement machines and related equipment. That business is separate from this division and is not conducted online.
