Informational purpose only

This site describes Black Horn Gaming's businesses: coin-operated amusement machine route operation in third-party host locations, equipment sales and service, and a separate international online gaming division. Nothing on this site is an offer, contract, or guarantee of service, earnings, or availability in any particular location. Service availability varies by state and is subject to state licensing.

No gambling; non-cash rewards

Black Horn Gaming does not offer, advertise, or facilitate wagering or cash rewards on its amusement equipment. Rewards on coin-operated amusement machines are non-cash and are limited by the statutes of the state where the machine is located, and those forms change when the legislature changes them. In Georgia, since 1 July 2026, House Bill 353 allows only replays, Georgia Lottery products and gift cards (nonreloadable or reloadable) as Class B redemption, and no other form is permitted.

International division

The company's international online gaming division distributes products to licensed operators, which hold the licenses for their markets and are responsible for compliance with local law. It is business-to-business and is separate from its United States amusement-machine operations. No product, account, registration or play is offered through this website. Black Horn Gaming does not hold a gaming license in any jurisdiction and does not represent that it does; it supplies operators that hold their own, and supplies nothing for the United States market. Which markets an operator serves, and whether it is licensed to serve them, is that operator's responsibility.

Forms and submissions

Submitting a form does not create a business relationship or bind either party. Don't submit confidential information or personal data about third parties through this site.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, including the state-law detail, and we correct it when the law changes. Detail on our international division page describes a distribution business; it is not a representation that Black Horn Gaming holds a gaming license or operates gaming anywhere.

Intellectual property

The Black Horn Gaming name, logo and site content are owned by Black Horn Gaming and may not be used without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Horn Gaming and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of or relating to use of this site, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Black Horn Gaming for access to this site or one hundred United States dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this site or these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this clause affects the governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions of any separate written agreement between you and Black Horn Gaming, which control over these terms.
