Black Horn Gaming is an amusement gaming company. We place and service coin-operated amusement machines in third-party host retail locations, sell, lease and service equipment for other operators, and run a separate international online gaming division. Four years in operation, doing business in sixteen states.
Our story
Built around the unglamorous part of the business.
Anyone can put a cabinet in a corner. Keeping it working, keeping it legal, keeping the location owner informed and keeping the paperwork straight is the actual business — and it's the part most operators are worst at.
Black Horn Gaming was built the other way round: service routes and compliance first, then growth. That order is why store owners let us back in, and why other operators buy equipment and service from us instead of doing it themselves.
The company was founded in 2022 and has been operating for four years. It started as a single service route placing amusement machines in third-party host locations. The service shop came next, built because waiting on someone else's parts and turnaround was the thing most often costing a location its earnings — and it grew into the equipment sales, leasing and refurbishment desk other operators now buy from. The international online gaming division followed as a separate business-to-business operation. Today the route covers over 450 machines across 16 states, with an average 10-hour service response.

Operating Director of Black Horn Gaming, leading route operations, the equipment desk and the international division.
He has run the business since founding it in 2022, and still works the operating side of it rather than only the ownership side: which machines go into which rooms, how the routes are scheduled, what the service shop stocks, and which deals get signed. Host-location and operator relationships sit with him directly, which is why the number on this site reaches a decision-maker instead of a queue.

What we can state
Where we operate machines ourselves, Black Horn Gaming holds the licenses and permits required of an operator in that state. Where a location is served through a referral partner, that partner is the licensed operator and holds them. Amusement machine law is unsettled or actively contested in some states and localities, and it changes — sometimes by court decision or by county. Where that is the case, placement decisions are made on legal guidance for that specific jurisdiction, and compliance at the premises remains with the host location or referral partner. License details are available on request.
We do not publish license numbers, certifications or regulator endorsements on this site until each one has been verified by the company.
Our compliance commitment
- Amusement machine law is state law. We treat each state's rules as the controlling authority for equipment placed there.
- Rewards on coin-operated amusement machines are non-cash and limited by statute, and the permitted forms change when the legislature changes them. In Georgia, since 1 July 2026, House Bill 353 allows only replays, Georgia Lottery products and gift cards (nonreloadable or reloadable) as Class B redemption, and no other form. Merchandise, store credit and fuel are no longer permitted forms — see also the Georgia Lottery Corporation COAM rules manual.
- We do not offer, advertise or facilitate cash rewards or wagering on our amusement equipment.
- We do not publish payout figures, revenue-share percentages or legal conclusions as blanket facts, because they differ materially by state. Where a regulator fixes the split, that published rule controls and we cite it rather than restate it: in Georgia the licensed master licensee and the location each retain 50% of net monthly proceeds on a Class B machine, per the Georgia Lottery COAM rules manual. Where a location is served through a referral partner, that partner is the licensed operator and the split is between the partner and the location.
- Age restrictions are set by each state and locality, and are enforced at the point of play by the host location.
- The international online division is kept operationally and legally distinct from the US amusement-machine business.
